Programme fee cancellation windows (full refund within 7 days of enrolment; 50% between 7–14 days; no refund thereafter, subject to transfer). Donation refunds: not applicable once a receipt is issued. Exceptions at trust’s discretion.
Child Safeguarding Policy
Thasmai operates zero-tolerance on harm to children in any context of its programmes. All staff and resident volunteers are verified. Any concern must be reported immediately to the Designated Safeguarding Officer.
