Thasmai Charitable Trust — Knowledge is God

Seva as practice

Humanitarian service

Service without attachment to outcome — this is the teaching. These programmes are both a response to need and a practice of it.

Programme areas

Four pillars of service

Each programme addresses a specific need. Together they form a continuous system of care from emergency response to long-term development.

Healthcare access

Monthly health camps staffed by volunteer doctors from Hyderabad provide free consultations, medicine, and referral for tribal and remote communities.

Food relief

The community kitchen distributes cooked meals and dry rations to daily labourers, migrant workers, and families facing acute food insecurity.

Disaster response

Thasmai activates its volunteer network within 24 hours of a cyclone, flood, or drought event — delivering relief materials, supporting evacuation, and providing mental health support.

Village development

Long-term partnerships with three surrounding villages: clean water, solar lighting, sanitation, and women's livelihood support through the skill development programme.
