The practice extends beyond the room
The meditation session ends, but the practice continues. Recordings allow practitioners to revisit key teachings, deepen understanding between sessions, and carry the quality of a guided experience into their daily life.
Not every teaching is recorded. We prioritize clarity, consent, and context — sharing only what serves the practitioner and honours the original setting.
