    Once you have completed the introductory session, you proceed to the full programme with a cohort of fellow practitioners.

Which programme should I choose?
If you are new to meditation or to Thasmai's approach, begin with the Beginner-level programme. If you are unsure, visit the Choose Your Path guide for a structured recommendation.
What is the introductory session?
The introductory session is the first stage of registration. It gives you a guided first experience of the practice and helps confirm your readiness before joining the full cohort.
Do I need prior experience?
Beginner programmes require no prior experience. Intermediate and Advanced programmes have eligibility criteria — these will be visible on the programme detail page.
When do cohorts open?
Cohorts open periodically throughout the year. The programmes listed above are currently active. If nothing is available right now, write to us to be notified of the next opening.
